A faster, clearer Booked Journal Entries page

A redesigned Booked Journal Entries page makes it faster to filter entries, spot failed pushes and fix them.

What changed

Your Booked Journal Entries page has a new design. The layout you know is still there, but it is now compact and interactive, so you get clearer feedback on screen and can take most actions without much scrolling.

  1. The status grid uses slim status pills instead of large boxes, so a full month of templates fits on one screen. Hover a pill to see the status and the full journal entry number.

  2. Hover a template to highlight its whole row, or a date to highlight its whole column, so you can follow a single template or day across the grid.

  3. Click a template, a date, or a single cell to filter the entries table below. Click a cell to open that entry in a pop-up, including any adjustments under it, with the same columns and actions as the main table.

  4. The entries table has sortable columns, colored status badges, and View, Adjust, Unbook and Download actions that stay visible on the right edge as you scroll. All exports now sit under one Download button.

  5. A new Error Type column shows why a push failed. When entries fail because of unmapped SKUs, a message at the top of the page tells you how many SKUs need mapping and takes you straight to the SKU Mappings page to fix them.
