What you'll need

  • Your Afterpay Merchant ID — you can find this by checking your historical Afterpay records. All your records typically share the same Merchant ID.

  • Your most recent Afterpay settlement report

How to set it up

  1. Download your settlement report from your Afterpay account

  2. In Blue Onion, go to Settings → Integrations → Payments, then click the Afterpay Manual Upload integration

3. Fill in your Merchant ID and select your currency from the dropdown

4. Click Link Account

5. Once connected, click the Upload Settlement File icon

6. Click Upload Afterpay Settlement CSV and select the file you downloaded in

step 1.

Note: The Download Template button is provided as a reference to show the expected Afterpay statement format — use it if you'd like to review the format and ensure the correct file is being uploaded. No file modification is required; the Afterpay settlement report works as-is.

Your file will be processed in the app within 24–48 hours

  • Upload cadence: Upload whenever you want fresh Afterpay data reflected in your reconciliation and journal entries.
