You can now upload your completed Amazon FBM shipment files directly in the application.

How to set it up

  1. Open Dashboard > scroll down to the Connectors section and click the plus icon next to Orders.

  2. Select Amazon FBM Manual Upload from the list. This connects FBM to Blue Onion as an order source.

  3. Click the connection, then choose Upload Shipments.

  4. Download the template so your file matches the expected format, then upload one CSV or Excel file, up to 10MB.

The same upload option is also available under Settings > Connectors, on the Orders tab.

Track your uploads

Each upload appears in Recent Uploads with its status: uploading and validating, valid, completed, manual review, failed or rejected.

What happens next

Shipment data flows into reconciliation as soon as an upload completes, so your Amazon FBM orders stay current on your own schedule.
