How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Blue Onion

To enhance account security, Blue Onion now requires all users to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This quick guide walks you through downloading an authenticator app and setting up 2FA on your Blue Onion account.

1. Download an Authenticator App

Choose any trusted app such as:

For iPhone, laptop, or tablet users (Google Authenticator)

  1. Open the App Store

  2. Tap Search

  3. Search for Google Authenticator

  4. Find the app by Google LLC, tap Get

  5. Use Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password to confirm

  6. Open the app once installed


2. Enable 2FA in Your Blue Onion Account

  1. Log into Blue Onion

  2. Navigate to Menu > Settings > Two-Factor Authentication

  3. Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code

  4. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to complete setup

From now on, you’ll enter a one-time code from your app each time you log in.
