Manual Bank Upload

If a connection via Plaid or Teller's API is unavailable with your bank, we have the ability to manually upload a file for banking activity.

Click "Integrations"

Click "Bank Accounts"

Click "New Bank File"

Click the relevant tab for the bank filetype

Click "Upload Bank File"

If the upload is successful, the upload will appear and a successful message will appear

Bank data should appear in-app within 48 hours of upload. You can verify bank data is in by coming back to the Bank page and the status on the right hand side will say "Processed" in green.


To check on the status of your bank file import, navigate to the Settings tab, click on Integrations, then click on Bank Accounts. Once on this screen click "Manual Uploads" under the bank account you wish to check, this will show a page that will tell you the status of the upload. Statuses include "Pending", "Processing", and "Success".

The process of importing a bank file can take up to 48 hours. If your file is not "Successful" in that time frame, please reach out to the support team on the chat function within the app.
