Line Item Intelligence
Go to Unit Economics → Line Item Intelligence to see every order line item grouped by product attributes. KPIs at the top include Total Orders, Gross Revenue, Total Discounts and Average Order Value. The Product Cost column sits next to the rest of the line item detail, so you can compare revenue and cost row by row.
Refund Intelligence
Go to Unit Economics → Refund Intelligence to see refunds grouped by product attributes, with total refund, tax and quantities. Two refund rates help you spot problem products:
Refund rate by count: refunded units ÷ total units ordered × 100
Refund rate by amount: total refund amount ÷ Gross Sales × 100
Both rates show in the table and the bar chart.
