JPMorgan (JPM) Integration Setup Guide

This guide outlines the process for integrating your JPMorgan bank accounts with our platform.

Prerequisites

Before starting the integration process, please confirm:

  • You have a JPMorgan Access account (not Chase Connect)

  • You have access to a JPMorgan representative or account manager

  • You have authority on the account OR can involve someone with signing authority to approve this setup

1. Initial Request

Request JPM integration with your JPM Rep

Detailed Process Steps

1. Initial Request

Customer: Contact your account manager to request JPM integration.

Our Team: We'll verify your JPM Access account eligibility and guide you through next steps.

2. JPM Meeting Setup

Customer: Reach out to your JPM representative to schedule a kickoff meeting with both your JPM rep and our integration team.

Our Team: During this meeting, we'll explain the integration's purpose and create the necessary project in JPM's developer portal.

3. Technical Setup

Our Team: After the meeting, we'll handle all technical aspects including:

  • Submitting the required Certificate Signing Request (CSR)

  • Requesting necessary API access for transaction details and account balances

Customer: No action required during this phase.

4. Security Admin Designation

Customer: JPM will request security admin designation. You will need to provide information for person(s) who will serve as security administrators.

Our Team: We'll guide you through completing the security admin documentation. Our team will also provide information for person(s) who will serve as security administrators for this integration from our team.

5. JPM Approval & Integration Setup

Our Team: Once JPM approves the integration request (typically 1-4 weeks), we'll:

  • Download required security credentials

  • Configure the integration in our system

  • Begin pulling transaction data

Customer: No action required during this phase.

6. Validation

Our Team: We'll verify that the transaction data is imported correctly without duplication.

Customer: Once notified that the integration is live, please review your transaction data to ensure it appears accurate and complete.

What to Expect

  • Timeline: The entire process typically takes 2-6 weeks, with most of this time spent waiting for JPM's approval.

  • Communications: You'll receive updates at key milestones in the integration process.

  • Support: Your account manager will be your point of contact throughout the integration process.
